Service specifications

The price list is for Basic format renders with movement from one camera only. Interior only (without exterior shots), does not include movement of objects on the scene, basic views from the interior of the sky and horizon. Only the design of the plant is delivered, with windows, doors, lighting selected by the designer and basic kitchen and bathroom furniture (without decoration, objects or specific furniture). In case you want a specific animation, exterior views, furniture and selective equipment, a budget will be made for each case. A review for modifications of the original project is included, which will be done before the final rendering. Prior to the final rendering, a storyboard can be delivered with camera movements and a route that can give the client an idea of the result without seeing the final textures. The video and photo resolution is 1920×1080. (in the photo it can be made larger, up to 4k) The execution time of the works is analyzed in each case, a design of 100 to 200 m2 usually takes between 4 and 5 days.
